You are absolutely right, but that is not the sort of solution that Corporations see as what would raise american competitiveness. That is what this whole thing is about.
I feel that even if the SKIL bill passes, there will be another bill in a couple of years to bring down the number of H1s. That is because, the American public will raise their voice.

After CPO e-mail, card arrives within 10 days.
Chain of events are not consistent but usually at 1or 2 days interval, approval and welcome e-mails are seen as hard LUDs.
I-797 notice of approval is enough to go to district office and have I-551 stamp in passport. This is the proof of GC.
Enjoy, do not worry and relax!

I did not get welcome notice nor did I get the CPO mail.

i called uscis and they gave me the rns for ead and 485. but not for ap. they didn't provide any rns for my spouse as not present in the call. checked the money orders at bank...it was not cashed yet....anyone similar!:confused:

I have read in a few places that we plan to send flowers on 11, and 12th also?
If that is the case then the document has to be updated to include those dates. Also, I suggest collecting emails and fax numbers and assigning a few people to do the actual "sending". This will make it easier to coordinate.

The goal of this action item is to get as many impacted EB folks to write to/talk to their lawmakers. i assume that is why this action item was announced on the public forum.
For every anti-immigrant who might view this message, we hope that there will be 20-50 EB folks who speak up and act on the action item. We cannot be scared of opposition and limit every action item to members only...that way we will never get a mass response that is required for such an initiative.
We have 29 guests viewing this thread as I type! Can we make this forum members only? IMHO they are not adding any value and may contain prying anti's in their mix....
